A system and process includes a computer that is preferably operatively connected to an area network, such as to the Internet. A database is maintained that is accessible to the computer. Raw data is provided to the computer that includes an assessment of a person's behavior or competency for a given area of interest. The raw data is a score or a rating. For example, on a scale from one to ten various people could rate how effective the person is at giving clear instructions. The raw data is the person's score in this area and it is stored by the computer as a file in the database for each person. Software in the computer is used to calculate a normed value for each person in a like-group having a file in the database. Calculation of the normed value requires mathematical comparison of the file for each person to be made with every other person in the group. The normed value is a statistically valid percentile that indicates how well any person fared for that particular competency when compared with all of the people in the group. It is provided to authorized personnel. The files are updated as new raw data is acquired and new normed percentiles are calculated when desired. The normed percentiles may be purged as desired or calculated for any time interval for any person in the group.

Ein System und ein Prozeß schließt einen Computer, der vorzugsweise wirksam an ein Bereich Netz angeschlossen wird, wie zu das Internet mit ein. Eine Datenbank wird beibehalten, die zum Computer zugänglich ist. Rohe Daten werden zum Computer zur Verfügung gestellt, der eine Einschätzung des Verhaltens oder der Kompetenz einer Person für einen gegebenen Bereich des Interesses einschließt. Die rohen Daten sind eine Kerbe oder eine Bewertung. Z.B. auf einer Skala von einer bis 10 verschiedene Völker könnte veranschlagen, wie wirkungsvoll die Person am Erteilen der freien Anweisungen ist. Die rohen Daten sind die Kerbe der Person in diesem Bereich und sie wird durch den Computer als Akte in der Datenbank für jede Person gespeichert. Software im Computer wird benutzt, um a zu errechnen normed Wert für jede Person in einer Wiegruppe, die eine Akte in der Datenbank hat. Berechnung von normed Wert erfordert mathematisches der Akte für jede Person, mit jeder anderen Person in der Gruppe geverglichen zu werden. Normed Wert ist ein statistisch gültiger Prozentanteil, der anzeigt, daß wie gut jede mögliche Person für diese bestimmte Kompetenz im Vergleich zu allen Leute in der Gruppe ging. Es wird zu autorisiertem Personal zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Akten werden aktualisiert, da neue rohe Daten erworben sind und neu Prozentanteile werden errechnet normed, als gewünscht. Normed Prozentanteile kann bereinigt werden, wie gewünscht worden oder für Abstand für jede mögliche Person in der Gruppe jederzeit errechnet.
