The present invention relates to a method for the production of small spherical particles consisting totally or partly of at least one water-insoluble linear polysaccharide by dissolving the at least one water-insoluble polysaccharide in a solvent or a solvent mixture, introducing the solution into a precipitating agent or a precipitating agent mixture, optionally cooling the mixture thus obtained and separating the formed small particles, wherein at least one poly alpha D-glucan soluble in hot water is used as auxiliary agent for precipitation. The invention also relates to the particles obtained according to said method.

La présente invention concerne une méthode pour la production de petites particules sphériques consistant totalement ou en partie en au moins un polysaccharide linéaire insoluble dans l'eau en dissolvant l'au moins un polysaccharide insoluble dans l'eau dans un mélange dissolvant ou dissolvant, présentant la solution dans un agent de précipitation ou un mélange d'agent de précipitation, sur option refroidissant le mélange obtenu ainsi et séparant les petites particules formées, où au moins un poly soluble de D-glucane d'alpha en eau chaude est employé en tant qu'agent auxiliaire pour la précipitation. L'invention se relie également aux particules obtenues selon ladite méthode.
