A thermal transfer facsimile apparatus of the type having a transmitting system disposed above a recording system, which construction is compact and allows a user to open a body cover to remove a document jammed in the apparatus with no fear of damaging the document. In the apparatus, a part of an ink-ribbon cartridge serves as a lower guide for supporting a document to be transported, while a part of the body cover, to which a platen and rollers for feeding and delivering recording paper are attached, also serves as a lower guide for the document. When a body cover is opened to replace an ink ribbon with new one or remove a document jammed in the apparatus, a distance formed between a document feeding roller fixed to the body and a lower free end of the body cover is so elongated by virtue of the existence of the guiding part of the cartridge that document may be gently curved and stretched therebetween without being damaged. This can also assure a compact design of the apparatus.

Ein thermischer Übergangsfaksimileapparat der Art, die ein übertragendes System abgeschaffen über einem Aufnahmesystem hat, das Aufbau Vertrag ist und einem Benutzer erlaubt, eine Körperabdeckung zu öffnen, um ein Dokument zu entfernen, das im Apparat ohne Furcht vor dem Beschädigen des Dokumentes gestaut wird. Im Apparat dient ein Teil einer Tinte-Band Patrone, wie ein untererer Führer für das Stützen eines transportiert zu werden Dokumentes, während ein Körperteil die Abdeckung, zu der ein Vorlagenglas und Rollen für das Einziehen und das Liefern des Aufnahmepapiers angebracht werden, auch als untererer Führer für das Dokument dient. Wenn eine Körperabdeckung geöffnet ist, um ein Tinte Band mit Neuem zu ersetzen oder ein Dokument zu entfernen, das im Apparat gestaut wird, ist ein Abstand, der zwischen einer Belegzuführung Rolle befestigt werden am Körper und einem untereren freien Ende der Körperabdeckung gebildet wird, aufgrund des Bestehens des leitenden Teils der Patrone so länglich, daß Dokument leicht gekurvt werden kann und ausgedehnt worden therebetween, ohne beschädigt zu werden. Dieses kann einer Kompaktbauweise vom Apparat auch versichern.
