Die Erfindung versieht einen Prozeß für die Produktion von flexiblem zu biegbarer Polyurethan geformten Artikeln mit einer verbundenen Randzone der gegebenen Härte und a deutlich mehr flexiblen Zelle Kern, sogenanntes Integral schäumt, in dem nicht brennbare Mischungen von fluoroalkanes, die enthalten, 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluorobutane (R 365mfc) als körperliche Treibmittel eingesetzt werden.
