The present invention is concerned with a plant extract comprising a mixture of di-O-D-galactosyl-di-O-acylglyceride with phytosphingolipids and phospholipids, as well as with a method for the preparation thereof through a physical extraction in the presence of water and ethanol. Such an extract can be used, in particular, in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food compositions.

Die anwesende Erfindung wird mit einem Betriebsextrakt betroffen, der eine Mischung von den Di-O-D-galactosyl-Di-O-acylglyceride mit phytosphingolipids und Phospholipiden, sowie mit einer Methode für die Vorbereitung davon durch eine körperliche Extraktion in Anwesenheit des Wassers und des Äthanols enthält. Solch ein Extrakt kann insbesondere im pharmazeutischem, Kosmetik- und Nahrungsmittelaufbau benutzt werden.
