The present invention relates to substrate comprising fabric, the substrate treated with a composition comprising: a) an aldehyde, said aldehyde a mono-functional aldehyde, a di-functional aldehyde, or mixtures thereof; b) a polyethylene glycol having the formula: R(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.x OR wherein R is hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, and mixtures thereof, and the index x has a value of 15 to 45; c) an acid catalyst; and d) optionally, a surface modifying agent; wherein the treated substrate has at least three enhanced fabric benefits, said benefits selected from the group consisting of: i) durable press; ii) hand feel; iii) anti-abrasion; iv) anti-shrinkage; and v) anti-yellowing. The present invention further relates to a system and a process for providing a substrate having the above described enhanced fabric benefits.

Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf dem Substrat, das Gewebe, das Substrat enthält, das mit einem Aufbauenthalten behandelt wird: A) ein Aldehyde, besagter Aldehyde ein Mono-funktionsaldehyde, ein Difunktionsaldehyde oder Mischungen davon; B) ein Polyäthylenglykol, welches die Formel hat: R(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.x ODER, worin R Wasserstoff, C.sub.1 - Alkyl C.sub.4 und Mischungen davon ist und der Index x hat einen Wert von 15 bis 45; c) ein saurer Katalysator; und d) beliebig, ein änderndes Oberflächenmittel; worin das behandelte Substrat mindestens drei erhöhten Gewebenutzen hat, wählte besagter Nutzen von der Gruppe vor, die aus besteht: i) haltbare Presse; II) Handgefühl; iii) Anti-Abnutzung; iv) Anti-Schrumpfung; und V) Anti-Gelb färben. Die anwesende Erfindung, die weiter ist, bezieht auf einem System und einem Prozeß für das Zur Verfügung stellen eines Substrates, das den oben beschriebenen erhöhten Gewebenutzen hat.
