There are disclosed a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises
(a) 4 to 95% by weight of a polyphenylene ether,
(b) 95 to 4% by weight of a saturated polyester,
(c) 0.5 to 40% by weight of an impact modifier and
(d) 0.01 to 50% by weight of a compatibilizer and
(e) 0.1 to 3 parts by weight of a polycarbonate based on 100 parts by
weight of the above (a) to (d) in total; and a process for preparing a
thermoplastic resin composition which comprises the steps of melting and
kneading
(a) 50 to 95% by weight of a polyphenylene ether,
(e) 0.1 to 5% by weight of a polycarbonate, and
(d) 5 to 50% by weight of a compatibilizer and
(c) 0 to 35 parts by weight of an impact modifier based on 100 parts by
weight of the above (a), (e) and (d) in total to obtain an intermediate
composition (A), and then, melting and kneading 10 to 80% by weight of the
intermediate composition (A) and (b) 90 to 20% by weight of a saturated
polyester in a kneader equipped with vent ports each having a vacuum
device while maintaining each vent port at a reduced pressure of 200 mmHg
or less to prepare a thermoplastic resin composition.
Werden einem thermoplastischen Harzaufbau freigegeben, der (a) 4 bis 95% nach Gewicht eines Polyphenylenäthers, (b) 95 bis 4% nach Gewicht eines gesättigten Polyester, (c) 0.5 bis 40% nach Gewicht eines Auswirkung Modifizierfaktors und (d) 0.01 bis 50% nach Gewicht eines compatibilizer und Teile (e)- 0.1 bis 3 nach Gewicht eines Polycarbonats enthält, das auf 100 Teilen nach Gewicht des oben genannten (a) bis des (d) in der Gesamtmenge basiert; und ein Prozeß für das Vorbereiten eines thermoplastischen Harzaufbaus, der die Schritte von schmelzendem und knetendem (a) 50 bis 95% nach Gewicht eines Polyphenylenäthers enthält, des (e) 0.1 bis 5% nach Gewicht eines Polycarbonats und des (d) 5 bis 50% nach Gewicht eines compatibilizer und Teile (c)- 0 bis 35 nach Gewicht eines Auswirkung Modifizierfaktors gründete auf 100 Teilen nach Gewicht des oben genannten (a), des (e) und des (d) in der Gesamtmenge, um einen Zwischenaufbau (a) zu erhalten und dann und schmolz und knetet 10 bis 80% nach Gewicht des Zwischenaufbaus (a) und (b) 90 bis 20% nach Gewicht eines gesättigten Polyester in einem Kneter, der ausgerüstet wurde mit Entlüftungsöffnung trägt jedes, das eine Vakuumvorrichtung beim Beibehalten jedes Entlüftungsöffnung Tores mit einem reduzierten Druck von 200 mm Hg oder von kleiner, einen thermoplastischen Harzaufbau vorzubereiten hat.
