Cosmetic compositions containing in a cosmetically acceptable medium (A) at least one film-forming oligomer having a molecular weight, measured by steric exclusion chromatography, of less than or equal to 50,000, the at least one film-forming oligomer being soluble or dispersible in the cosmetically acceptable medium; and (B) rigid, non-film-forming particles of average size less than or equal to 1 .mu.m, the rigid, non-film forming particles being dispersed in the cosmetically acceptable medium. The compositions may be used, for example, as product bases for maintaining the hairstyle, as products for coating the eyelashes and the eyebrows or as nail make-up and/or care products.

Kosmetischer Aufbau, der in einem kosmetisch annehmbaren Mittel (a) mindestens ein filmbildendes Oligomer läßt ein Molekulargewicht, durch sterische Ausschluschromatographie, von kleiner als oder Gleichgestelltes bis 50.000 messen, das mindestens ein filmbildende Oligomer ist löslich oder zerstreubar im kosmetisch annehmbaren Mittel enthält; und (b) steif, Partikel der durchschnittlichen Größe weniger als oder des Gleichgestellten zu 1 mu.m, das steife, Nichtfilm nicht-Film-bildend, der die Partikel bildet, die im kosmetisch annehmbaren Mittel zerstreut werden. Der Aufbau kann, z.B., als Produktunterseiten für das Beibehalten der Frisur, als Produkte für das Beschichten der Eyelashes und der Augenbrauen benutzt werden oder als Nagelverfassung und/oder -obachtprodukte.
