This invention relates to a solution casting process capable of decreasing uneven coating of a functional layer upon applying the functional layer onto a film surface, which comprises casting a solution of polymer dissolved in organic solvent into a film by extruding from a die onto a support, wherein the length of the film from the die opening to the landing of the film on the support is controlled to 3 to 40 mm.

Cette invention concerne un processus de bâti de solution capable de diminuer l'enduit inégal d'une couche fonctionnelle lors d'appliquer la couche fonctionnelle sur une surface de film, qui comporte mouler une solution de polymère dissoute dans le dissolvant organique dans un film par l'expulsion d'une matrice sur un appui, où la longueur du film de la matrice s'ouvrant à l'atterrissage du film sur l'appui est commandée à 3 à 40 millimètres.
