A phakic refractive lens which conforms to the structure of the eye, particularly to the ciliary sulcus, is disclosed. This lens minimizes stresses of the lens on the interior structure of the eye and eliminates excessive vaulting of the lens which tends to deform the shape of the eye and/or structures in the eye. The lenses comprise an optical body and at least one haptic body. The haptic body(ies) is made up of a first portion adjacent to the optical body, a second portion which extends outwardly from the first haptic portion, and a transition zone between the first and second haptic portions (for example, a groove or score line in the lens surface) which permits the second haptic portion to conform to the shape of the ciliary sulcus of the eye.

Ein phakic brechendes Objektiv, das an die Struktur des Auges, besonders zum ciliary Sulcus sich anpaßt, wird freigegeben. Dieses Objektiv setzt Drücke des Objektivs auf der Innenstruktur des Auges herab und beseitigt übermäßigen Vaulting des Objektivs, das neigt, die Form des Auges und/oder der Strukturen im Auge zu verformen. Die Objektive enthalten einen optischen Körper und mindestens einen haptischen Körper. Das haptische body(ies) besteht einen ersten Teil neben dem optischen Körper, einen zweiten Teil, der nach außen vom ersten haptischen Teil verlängert, und eine Übergang Zone zwischen den ersten und zweiten haptischen Teilen (zum Beispiel, eine Nut oder eine Kerbelinie in der Objektivoberfläche) der den zweiten haptischen Teil ermöglicht, sich an die Form des ciliary Sulcus des Auges anzupassen.
