Disclosed is a layered product comprising a skin layer and a cushioning layer and/or a reinforcing layer, said skin layer being a thermoplastic elastomer composition which comprises (A) 1-99 parts by weight of. an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer produced by polymerizing ethylene and an .alpha.-olefin of 3-12 carbon atoms using a metallocene catalyst and (B) 1-99 parts by weight of a propylene resin [total amount of (A) and (B) being 100 parts by weight], said ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer being partially or completely crosslinked. According to the present invention, a layered product can be provided which is excellent in flexibility, has a rubber-like or leather-like appearance, and is excellent in abrasion resistance, mechanical strength and environmental resistance.

Révélé est un produit posé comportant une couche de peau et une couche amortissante et/ou une couche de renforcement, ladite couche de peau étant une composition thermoplastique en élastomère qui comporte (a) 1-99 parts en poids d'un copolymère d'ethylene-.alpha.-olefin produit en polymérisant l'éthylène et une alpha.-oléfine de 3-12 atomes de carbone en utilisant un catalyseur de metallocene et (b) 1-99 parts du poids d'une résine de propylène [ montant total de (a) et de (b) étant 100 parts en poids ], a dit le copolymère d'ethylene-.alpha.-olefin étant partiellement ou l'a complètement réticulé. Selon la présente invention, un produit posé peut être fourni qui est excellent dans la flexibilité, a un genre caoutchouc ou cuir-comme l'aspect, et est excellent dans la résistance d'abrasion, la force mécanique et la résistance environnementale.
