The present invention relates to novel Aerothricins represented by the Formula (I), ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, X, Y, Z, and m are as defined in Claim 1; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising an Aerothricin of the Formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of such Aerothricins for the preparation of medicaments, as well as to processes and intermediates for the preparation of the Aerothricins of the Formula (I).

La présente invention concerne le roman Aerothricins représenté par la formule (i), ## du ## STR1 où R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, X, Y, Z, et m sont comme définis dans la revendication 1 ; et pharmaceutiquement sels acceptables en. La présente invention se relie également à une composition pharmaceutique comportant un Aerothricin de la formule (i) et d'un porteur pharmaceutiquement acceptable. En outre, la présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un tel Aerothricins pour la préparation des médicaments, aussi bien qu'à des procédés et des intermédiaires pour la préparation de l'Aerothricins de la formule (i).
