A biological material for the repair of connective tissue cells comprising: a) a cell preparation enriched in mesenchymal stem cells, b) three-dimensional extracellular matrix comprising a nyaluronic acid derivative. The use of said biological material, optionally combined with therapeutically acceptable excipients and/or diluents and optionally in association with therapeutically effective ingredients in the repair of connective tissue cells.

Ένα βιολογικό υλικό για την επισκευή των κυττάρων συνδετικού ιστού που περιλαμβάνει: α) μια προετοιμασία κυττάρων που εμπλουτίζεται στα mesenchymal κύτταρα μίσχων, β) τρισδιάστατη extracellular μήτρα που περιλαμβάνει ένα nyaluronic όξινο παράγωγο. Η χρήση του εν λόγω βιολογικού υλικού, που συνδυάζεται προαιρετικά με τα θεραπευτικά αποδεκτά έκδοχα ή/και diluents και προαιρετικά σε συνδυασμό με τα θεραπευτικά αποτελεσματικά συστατικά στην επισκευή των κυττάρων συνδετικού ιστού.
