The invention concerns radiopharmaceutical products suitable for the
selective labeling of lymphomas containing a metal complex with the
formula:
[M(R.sup.1 CS.sub.2)(R.sup.1 CS.sub.3).sub.2 ]
in which M is chosen from among .sup.99m Tc, .sup.186 Re and .sup.188 Re,
and R.sup.1 represents an alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or aryl group,
optionally substituted, obtained by reaction of a pertechnetate or a
perrhenate with a reducing agent such as SnCl.sub.2 ZP.sub.2 O in the
presence of a dithiocarboxylate having the formula: (R.sup.1
CS.sub.2).sup.- Z.sub.2.sup.+.
L'invenzione interessa i prodotti radiofarmaceutici adatti ad identificare selettivo dei linfomi che contengono un complesso del metallo della formula: [ M(R.sup.1 CS.sub.2)(R.sup.1 CS.sub.3).sub.2 ] in che la m. รจ scelta fra da sup.99m TC, sup.186 con riferimento e sup.188 con riferimento a e R.sup.1 rappresenta un gruppo dell'alchile, di cycloalkyl, di aralkyl o dell'arile, facoltativamente sostituito, ottenuto da reazione di un pertechnetate o da un perrhenate con un agente riduttore quale SnCl.sub.2 ZP.sub.2 O in presenza di un dithiocarboxylate che ha la formula: (R.sup.1 CS.sub.2).sup. - Z.sub.2.sup.+.
