The composition preferably comprises an alkyl-dimethyl-benzyl-ammonium chloride, an alkyl-dimethyl-ethylbenzyl-ammonium chloride, and an organotin compound in a vehicle suitable for systemically treating a living mammal or avian of viral, bacterial, fungal infections and diseases, including HIV in humans.
