In a film with metal foil of the present invention, a metal foil is stuck to the surface of a resin film via an adhesive layer. The adhesive is formed by crosslinking an acrylic polymer obtained by the copolymerization of a (meth)acrylic acid ester with a carboxyl group-containing radically polymerizable monomer, with a polyfunctional compound having a functional group reactive with the carboxyl group. The film with metal foil is very useful for producing a multi-layer wiring board by the so-called transfer method. By using this film, there can be produced a multi-layer wiring board having a fine and highly dense wiring/circuit layer and having a very excellently flat surface.

Dans un film avec la feuille métallique de la présente invention, une feuille métallique est coincée à la surface d'un film de résine par l'intermédiaire d'une couche adhésive. L'adhésif est constitué en réticulant un polymère acrylique obtenu par la copolymérisation de a (ester acide meth)acrylic avec un carboxylique groupe-contenant le monomère radicalement polymerizable, avec un composé de polyfunctional ayant un groupe fonctionnel réactif avec le groupe carboxylique. Le film avec la feuille métallique est très utile pour produire un panneau multicouche de câblage par la prétendue méthode de transfert. En employant ce film, là peut être produit un panneau multicouche de câblage ayant une amende et une couche fortement dense de wiring/circuit et ayant une surface très excellemment plate.
