Provided, among other things, is a compound of Formula I:

wherein:
Ar.sub.1 and Ar.sub.2 are independently selected aryl groups, optionally
substituted with up to five substituents independently selected from the
group consisting of
alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyloxy, heterocycloalkyl,
heterocycloalkyloxy, alkanoyl, thioalkyl, aralkyl, aralkyloxy,
aryloxyalkyl, aryloxyalkoxy, cycloalkyl-substituted alkyl,
cycloalkyloxy-substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl-substituted alkoxy,
cycloalkyloxy-substituted alkoxy, heterocycloalkyl-substituted alkyl,
heterocycloalkyloxy-substituted alkyl, heterocycloalkyl-substituted
alkoxy, heterocycloalkyloxy-substituted alkoxy, thioaryl, aralkylthio,
thioarylalkyl, aralkylthioalkyl, halo, NO.sub.2, CF.sub.3, CN, OH,
alkylenedioxy, SO.sub.2 NRR', NRR', CO.sub.2 R (where R and R' are
independently selected from the group consisting of H and alkyl), and a
second aryl group, which may be substituted as above;
R.sub.1 is selected from the group consisting of H and alkyl;
R.sub.2 is selected from the group consisting of H, alkyl and benzyl;
R.sub.3 is selected from the group consisting of CO.sub.2 R, CONRR',
CONH(OH), COSR, SO.sub.2 NRR', PO(OR)(OR') and tetrazolyl, wherein R and
R' are independently selected from the group consisting of H and alkyl;
and a salt, solvate or hydrate thereof.
Desde que, entre outras coisas, é um composto da fórmula I: ## do ## STR1 wherein: Ar.sub.1 e Ar.sub.2 são grupos aryl independentemente selecionados, substituídos opcionalmente com os até cinco substituents selecionados independentemente do alkyl consistindo do grupo, alkoxy, do cycloalkyl, do cycloalkyloxy, do heterocycloalkyl, do heterocycloalkyloxy, do alkanoyl, do thioalkyl, do aralkyl, do aralkyloxy, do aryloxyalkyl, do aryloxyalkoxy, do alkyl cycloalkyl-substituído, do alkyl cycloalkyloxy-substituído, do alkyl alkoxy, heterocycloalkyl-substituído alkoxy, cycloalkyloxy-substituído cycloalkyl-substituído, do alkyl heterocycloalkyloxy-substituído, de alkoxy heterocycloalkyl-substituído, do thioaryl, do aralkylthio, do thioarylalkyl, do aralkylthioalkyl, do halo, de NO.sub.2, de CF.sub.3, de CN, do OH, do alkylenedioxy, de SO.sub.2 NRR ', de NRR ', de CO.sub.2 alkoxy, heterocycloalkyloxy-substituídos R (onde R e R ' são selecionados independentemente do grupo que consiste em H e em alkyl), e um segundo grupo aryl, que possa ser substituído como acima; R.sub.1 é selecionado do grupo que consiste em H e em alkyl; R.sub.2 é selecionado do grupo que consiste em H, alkyl e benzyl; R.sub.3 é selecionado do grupo que consiste em CO.sub.2 R, CONRR ', CONH(OH), COSR, SO.sub.2 NRR ', PO(OR)(OR ') e tetrazolyl, wherein R e R ' são selecionados independentemente do grupo que consiste em H e em alkyl; e um sal, solvate ou hydrate disso.
