The invention relates to the use of an N,N'-substituted glycine or of an
N,N'-substituted derivative of glycine (a) of the general formula I

in which R.sup.1 is hydrogen or a straight-chain or branched, saturated or
unsaturated alkyl, alkaryl or aralkyl radical having 1 to 30 C atoms,
which can optionally contain heteroatoms such as O, S and N, R.sup.2 is a
straight-chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl, alkaryl or
aralkyl radical having 1 to 30 C atoms containing at least one primary,
secondary or tertiary amino group and X is OH, OR.sup.3, NH.sub.2,
NHR.sup.4, NR.sup.4 R.sup.5 or O.sup.- M.sup.+, where R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and
R.sup.5 are straight-chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl,
alkaryl or aralkyl radicals which can be identical to or different from
one another, and M is a metal cation, as active compound in a
tuberculocidal disinfectant.
De uitvinding heeft op het gebruik van N, n'-Gesubstitueerde glycine of van N, n'-Gesubstitueerd derivaat betrekking van glycine (a) van algemene formule I ## STR1 ## waarin R.sup.1 waterstof of straight-chain of vertakt, verzadigde of onverzadigde alkyl is, alkaryl of aralkylbasis die 1 tot 30 atomen van C heeft, die naar keuze heteroatoms zoals O, S en N kunnen bevatten, is R.sup.2 straight-chain of vertakt, verzadigde of onverzadigde alkyl, alkaryl of aralkyl is de basis die 1 tot 30 atomen die van C heeft minstens één primair, secundair of tertiair aminogroep en X bevatten OH, OR.sup.3, NH.sub.2, NHR.sup.4, NR.sup.4 R.sup.5 of O.sup. - M.sup. + ed derivative of glycine (a) of the general formula I ## STR1 ## in which R.sup.1 is hydrogen or a straight-chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl, alkaryl or aralkyl radical having 1 to 30 C atoms, which can optionally contain heteroatoms such as O, S and N, R.sup.2 is a straight-chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl, alkaryl or aralkyl radical having 1 to 30 C atoms containing at least one primary, secondary or tertiary amino group and X is OH, OR.sup.3, NH.sub.2, NHR.sup.4, NR.sup.4 R.sup.5 or O.sup. - M.sup. +, where R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are straight-chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated alkyl, alkaryl or aralkyl radicals which kan aan identiek van elkaar of verschillend zijn, en M is een metaalkation, als actieve samenstelling in een tuberculocidal ontsmettingsmiddel.
