The present invention relates to compounds of formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; wherein R is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl or 2-hydroxyethyl; R.sup.3 is --CR'.dbd.NOR" wherein R' and R" each independently are hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkylalkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkylalkynyl, aryl or benzyl; R.sup.4 is phenyl which may be substituted one or more times with substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, CF.sub.3, CN, amino, nitro, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl and heteroaryl; 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl; benzyl which may be substituted one or more times with substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, CF.sub.3, CN, amino, nitro, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl and heteroaryl; heteroaryl which may be substituted one or more times with substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, CF.sub.3, CN, amino, nitro, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl and heteroaryl; or naphthyl which may be substituted one or more times with substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, CF.sub.3, CN, amino, nitro, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl and heteroaryl. The compounds possess valuable pharmaceutical properties as monoamine neurotransmitter, i.e. dopamine, serotonin, noradrenaline, reuptake inhibitors. ##STR1##

De onderhavige uitvinding heeft daarvan op samenstellingen van formule (I), of een farmaceutisch aanvaardbaar zout betrekking; waarin R waterstof, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl is, cycloalkylalkyl of 2-hydroxyethyl; R.sup.3 is -- CR'.dbd.NOR "waarin R ' en R" elk onafhankelijk waterstof, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkylalkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkylalkynyl zijn, aryl of benzyl; R.sup.4 is phenyl wat één of meerdere tijden met substituenten kan worden gesubstitueerd die uit de groep worden geselecteerd die uit halogeen, CF.sub.3, CN, amino, nitro, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl en heteroaryl bestaat; 3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl; benzyl wat één of meerdere tijden met substituenten kan worden gesubstitueerd die uit de groep worden geselecteerd die uit halogeen, CF.sub.3, CN, amino, nitro, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl en heteroaryl bestaat; heteroaryl die één of meerdere tijden met substituenten kan worden gesubstitueerd die uit de groep worden geselecteerd die uit halogeen, CF.sub.3, CN, amino, nitro, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl en heteroaryl bestaat; of naphthyl die één of meerdere tijden met substituenten kan worden gesubstitueerd die uit de groep worden geselecteerd die uit halogeen, CF.sub.3, CN, amino, nitro, alkoxy, cycloalkoxy, alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl en heteroaryl bestaat.
