Disclosed is polyoxypropylenepolyoxyethylene vitamin E, represented by
formula (I). It is prepared by subjecting vitamin E to polyethoxylation
and then, to polypropoxylation to a proper extent. The vitamin E is of
superior anti-oxidation activity with water solubility. The bent chain of
the polyoxypropylenepolyoxyethylene vitamin E increases the
cross-sectional area of the whole molecule, making it difficult for the
molecule to penetrate into the skin. It is very safe to apply to the skin.
The polyoxypropylenepolyoxyethylene vitamin E has superb surface activity
by forming close bilayer vesicle structures, like phospholipids or dialkyl
surfactants, so it can be advantageously used in the cosmetic industry,
the food industry and the medical industry. In said formula, R.sub.1 is
--(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.m -- wherein m is an integer of 0 to 150;
R.sub.2 is (a) wherein n is an integer of 1 to 200; A is (b) or (c); B is
--CH.sub.3 at the 5-, 7- or 8-position of vitamin E; and p is an integer
of 1 or 3.
É divulgada a vitamina E do polyoxypropylenepolyoxyethylene, representada pela fórmula (i). É preparada sujeitando a vitamina E ao polyethoxylation e então, ao polypropoxylation a uma extensão apropriada. A vitamina E é da atividade superior do anti-oxidation com solubility de água. A corrente curvada da vitamina E do polyoxypropylenepolyoxyethylene aumenta a área de seção transversal da molécula inteira, fazendo a difícil para a molécula de penetrar na pele. É muito seguro aplicar-se à pele. A vitamina E do polyoxypropylenepolyoxyethylene tem a atividade de superfície superb dando forma a estruturas próximas do vesicle do bilayer, como phospholipids ou surfactants dialkyl, assim que pode vantajosamente ser usada na indústria cosmetic, na indústria de alimento e na indústria médica. Em fórmula dita, R.sub.1 está -- (OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.m -- wherein m é um inteiro de 0 a 150; R.sub.2 é (a) wherein n é um inteiro de 1 a 200; A é (b) ou (c); B é -- CH.sub.3 nos 5 -, em 7- ou em 8-position da vitamina E; e p é um inteiro de 1 ou de 3.
