A compound of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is hydroxy or of the formula --NHC(.dbd.O)(1-4C)alkyl or --NHS(O).sub.n (1-4C)alkyl wherein n is 0, 1 or 2; R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are independently hydrogen or fluoro; R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are independently hydrogen or methyl; >A--B-- is of the formula >C.dbd.CH--, or >C(OH)CH.sub.2 --; >X--Y-- is of the formula >C=CH--, or >CHCH.sub.2 --; and D is S, SO, or SO.sub.2 ; or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof.

Ein Mittel von Formel (i): ## STR1 ## worin R.sup.1 ist oder von der Formel -- NHC(.dbd.O)(1-4C)alkyl Hydroxyl- oder -- NHS(O).sub.n (1-4C)alkyl, worin n 0, 1 oder 2 ist; R.sup.2 und R.sup.3 sind unabhängig Wasserstoff oder fluoro; R.sup.4 und R.sup.5 sind unabhängig Wasserstoff oder Methyl; AB -- ist von der Formel C.dbd.CH --. oder C(OH)CH.sub.2 vom --; X--Y -- ist von der Formel C=CH --. oder vom --; CHCH.sub.2 und von D ist S, SO oder SO.sub.2; oder ein unter pharmazeutischem Gesichtspunkt annehmbares Salz davon.
