The present invention provides compounds of the formula ##STR1## where R.sub.1 -R.sub.5 are each, independently, a hydrogen atom or a normal or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl group; A is a methionyl, phenylalanyl or phenylglycyl residue; n is 0 or 1; R.sub.6 is a hydrogen atom; and R.sub.7 is a carbocylic group, an aromatic group, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl group, a pyridylalkyl group or a heterocyclic group. In another embodiment, R.sub.6 is benzyl or --C(O)OR.sub.8, where R.sub.8 is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl group, and R.sub.7 is a heteroaromatic group, such as a 2-thiazolyl group.

De onderhavige uitvinding verstrekt samenstellingen van de formule ## STR1 ## waar R.sub.1 - R.sub.5 is onafhankelijk elk, een waterstofatoom of een normale of vertakte C.sub.1 - C.sub.6 - alkyl groep; A is een methionyl, phenylalanyl of phenylglycylresidu; n is 0 of 1; R.sub.6 is een waterstofatoom; en R.sub.7 is een carbocylic groep, een aromatische groep, een C.sub.1 - C.sub.4 - alkyl groep, een pyridylalkylgroep of een heterocyclische groep. In een andere belichaming, is R.sub.6 benzyl of -- C(O)OR.sub.8, waar R.sub.8 een C.sub.1 is - C.sub.6 - alkyl groep, en R.sub.7 zijn een heteroaromatic groep, zoals een 2-thiazolylgroep.
