A fluorohydrocarbon compound of formula R.sub.F --C.sub.2 H.sub.4 --O--CO--R.sub.H, in which R.sub.F is a perfluorinated alkyl group and R.sub.H is an alkyl group, in and/or for the preparation of a stable emulsion containing at least one fatty phase and one aqueous phase. The invention also relates to the use of the same compound as a stabilizing agent for an emulsion containing at least one fatty phase and one aqueous phase. Another subject of the invention is the use of such a compound as an essential component of the fatty phase of an emulsion and emulsions containing such a fatty phase. Another subject of the invention is a composition comprising such an emulsion.

Ein fluorohydrocarbon Mittel der Formel R.sub.F -- C.sub.2 H.sub.4 -- O -- CO -- R.sub.H, in dem R.sub.F eine perfluorinated Alkylgruppe ist und R.sub.H eine Alkylgruppe ist, und/oder für in der Vorbereitung einer beständigen Emulsion, die mindestens eine fetthaltige Phase und eine wäßrige Phase enthält. Die Erfindung bezieht auch auf dem Gebrauch des gleichen Mittels wie ein stabilisierendes Mittel für eine Emulsion, die mindestens eine fetthaltige Phase und eine wäßrige Phase enthält. Ein anderes Thema der Erfindung ist der Gebrauch eines solchen Mittels wie ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der fetthaltigen Phase einer Emulsion und der Emulsionen, die solch eine fetthaltige Phase enthalten. Ein anderes Thema der Erfindung ist ein Aufbau, der solch eine Emulsion enthält.
