The invention concerns a treatment process with a starting aqueous phase
(SAP) containing titanium and sulfuric acid produced by the attack of
sulfuric acid on titaniferous ores of the type in which the following
steps are used:
an extraction step in which the starting aqueous phase is placed in contact
with an organic extraction phase (OEP) containing one or a plurality of
organophosphorus compounds, by means of which an organic phase containing
titanium and sulfuric acid (OP) is obtained;
then, a regeneration step in which the organic phase containing titanium
and sulfuric acid (OP) is regenerated by contact with an aqueous
regeneration phase (ARP.sub.0), by means of which a regenerated aqueous
phase (RAP.sub.f) containing titanium is obtained;
characterized in that it includes in additional step in which all or part
of the regenerated aqueous phase (RAP.sub.f) is placed in contact with an
organic washing phase (OWP), by means of which a treated aqueous phase
(TAP) containing titanium is obtained.
La invención se refiere a un proceso del tratamiento a una fase acuosa que comienza (SAVIA) que contiene el ácido titanium y sulfúrico producido por el ataque del ácido sulfúrico contra los minerales titaniferous del tipo en el cual se utilizan los pasos siguientes: un paso de la extracción en el cual la fase acuosa que comienza se pone en contacto con una fase orgánica de la extracción (OEP) que contiene uno o una pluralidad de compuestos organophosphorus, por medio de los cuales una fase orgánica que contiene el ácido titanium y sulfúrico (DE OP. SYS.) se obtiene; entonces, un paso de la regeneración en el cual la fase orgánica que contiene el ácido titanium y sulfúrico (DE OP. SYS.) es regenerada por el contacto con una fase acuosa de la regeneración (ARP.sub.0), por medio de la cual una fase acuosa regenerada (RAP.sub.f) que contiene el titanio se obtiene; caracterizado en que incluye en el paso adicional en el cual el todo o una parte de la fase acuosa regenerada (RAP.sub.f) se coloca en contacto con una fase que se lava orgánica (OWP), por medio de la cual una fase acuosa tratada (GOLPECITO) que contiene el titanio se obtiene.
