The invention relates to cells or tissues having an increased amount of regulatory proteins, including cytokines, growth factors, angiogenic factors and/or stress proteins, and methods of producing and using those cells or tissues. The invention is based on the discovery that the production of regulatory proteins is induced in cells or tissue constructs following cryopreservation and subsequent thawing of the cells or constructs. The compositions and methods of this invention are useful for the treatment of wound healing and the repair and/or regeneration of other tissue defects including those of skin, cartilage, bone, and vascular tissue as well as for enhancing the culture and/or differentiation of cells and tissues in vitro.

L'invenzione riguarda le cellule o tessuti che hanno una quantità aumentata di proteine regolarici, compresi i cytokines, fattori di sviluppo, fattori angiogenic e/o proteine di sforzo e metodi di produrre e di usando quei cellule o tessuti. L'invenzione è basata sulla scoperta che la produzione delle proteine regolarici è indotta in cellule o il tessuto costruisce il cryopreservation seguente e lo scioglimento successivo con cellule o costruzioni. Le composizioni ed i metodi di questa invenzione sono utili per il trattamento di healing della ferita e la riparazione e/o la rigenerazione di altri difetti del tessuto compreso quelli di pelle, di cartilagine, dell'osso e del tessuto vascolare così come per l'aumento la coltura e/o della differenziazione delle cellule e dei tessuti in vitro.
