The present invention provides a method of magnetic resonance investigation
of a sample, preferably of a human or non-human animal body, said method
comprising the step of ex vivo polarisation of a high T.sub.1 agent and
wherein the polarising agent is optionally seperated from the high T.sub.1
agent before the high T.sub.1 agent is administered to the sample.
La presente invenzione fornisce un metodo di indagine di risonanza magnetica su un campione, preferibilmente di un umano o l'ente animale non umano, il metodo detto contenenti il punto l'ex polarizzazione di vivo di alto agente T.sub.1 ed in cui l'agente di polarizzazione รจ facoltativamente seperated dall'alto agente T.sub.1 prima che l'alto agente T.sub.1 fosse amministrato al campione.
