The protective film 4 is a film obtained by curing with UV light irradiation a composition including a cationic polymerizable resin (A) and a cationic polymerization catalyst (B) at a ratio of 100:0.2 to 1.5 by weight. The protective film 4 has a thickness of 20 to 200 .mu.m.
