A rotisserie cooking apparatus is provided that includes a housing defining a cavity. A heating element apparatus is positioned within the housing for heating food articles. A detachable cooking rack is configured for support of the food articles and has at least a portion thereof being movably disposed within the cavity such that the food articles are movable relative to the heating element apparatus. The housing may include a grease tray configured for collection of a portion of the food articles. The grease tray may be configured for boiling a substance such that the substance cooks at least a portion of the food articles. The cooking apparatus may include a control unit operatively coupled to the heating element apparatus for controlling operation thereof. The control unit includes a display mounted to an outer surface of the housing. The detachable cooking rack can be supported by the housing for rotational movement such that at least a portion of the detachable cooking rack rotates through the cavity. The detachable cooking rack may include a handle for manipulation thereof. Alternatively, the detachable cooking rack includes at least one detachable segment configured for support of food articles. The rotisserie cooking apparatus may include a motor assembly that is operatively associated with the detachable cooking rack to facilitate movement thereof. A heat shield may be attachable to an outer surface of the housing. The heat shield is configured to enclose at least a portion of the detachable cooking rack.

Ein rotisserie Kocher ist, vorausgesetzt daß ein Gehäuse miteinschließt, das einen Raum definiert. Ein Heizelementapparat wird innerhalb des Gehäuses für Heizung Nahrungsmittelartikel in Position gebracht. Eine abnehmbare kochende Zahnstange wird für Unterstützung der Nahrungsmittelartikel zusammengebaut und mindestens einen Teil hat, der davon beweglich innerhalb des Raums so abgeschaffen wird, daß die Nahrungsmittelartikel im Verhältnis zu dem Heizelementapparat beweglich sind-. Das Gehäuse kann einen Fettbehälter mit einschließen, der für Ansammlung eines Teils der Nahrungsmittelartikel zusammengebaut wird. Der Fettbehälter kann für das Kochen einer Substanz zusammengebaut werden so, daß die Substanz mindestens einen Teil der Nahrungsmittelartikel kocht. Der Kocher kann eine Steuereinheit einschließen, die wirksam zum Heizelementapparat für steuernden Betrieb davon verbunden wird. Die Steuereinheit schließt eine Anzeige ein, die zu einer Außenseite des Gehäuses angebracht wird. Die abnehmbare kochende Zahnstange kann durch das Gehäuse für Rotationsbewegung gestützt werden so, daß mindestens ein Teil der abnehmbaren kochenden Zahnstange durch den Raum sich dreht. Die abnehmbare kochende Zahnstange kann einen Handgriff für Handhabung davon mit einschließen. Wechselweise schließt die abnehmbare kochende Zahnstange mindestens ein abnehmbares Segment ein, das für Unterstützung der Nahrungsmittelartikel zusammengebaut wird. Der rotisserie Kocher kann eine Motorenmontage einschließen, die wirksam mit der abnehmbaren kochenden Zahnstange ist, um Bewegung davon zu erleichtern. Ein Hitzeschild kann zu einer Außenseite des Gehäuses verknüpfbar sein. Der Hitzeschild wird zusammengebaut, um mindestens einen Teil der abnehmbaren kochenden Zahnstange zu umgeben.
