This invention provides novel compounds which are dual antagonistic to TXA.sub.2 and PGD.sub.2 receptors and the pharmaceutical compositions containing them. They are useful for treating, for example, systemic mastocytosis and disorder of systemic mast cell activation as well as tracheal contraction, asthma, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria, ischemic reperfusion injury, and inflammation. In detail, this invention provides a compound of the foumula (I): ##STR1## pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or hydrate thereof.
