The present invention relates to pseudoceramide derivatives represented by
formula(I) or (II):
R.sub.1 --COCHR.sub.2 CONR.sub.3 R.sub.4 (I)
R.sub.1 --CH(OH)CHR.sub.2 CONR.sub.3 R.sub.4 (II)
wherein, each of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 represents linear or branched alkyl
group or alkenyl group having 6.about.22 carbon atoms; each of R.sub.3 and
R.sub.4 represents hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, propyl, or linear or branched
C.sub.2.about.C.sub.6 alkyl group having one or more hydroxyl group(s), or
monosaccharide, a process for preparing the same, and dermatologic
external preparations containing the same. When the pseudoceramide
derivatives according to the present invention are applied in an
dermatologic external preparations the moisture-retaining property and
resilience of skin and hair is enhanced such so that the derivatives are
useful in protection of skin-aging. In addition, the derivatives are
useful for inducing the formation of lipid layer on damaged skin and for
preventing the inhibition of lipid synthesis.
Die anwesende Erfindung bezieht auf den pseudoceramide Ableitungen, die durch formula(I) oder (ii) dargestellt werden: R.sub.1 -- COCHR.sub.2 CONR.sub.3 R.sub.4 (i) R.sub.1 -- CH(OH)CHR.sub.2 CONR.sub.3 R.sub.4 (ii), worin, jedes von R.sub.1 und R.sub.2 lineare oder ausgebrittene Alkylgruppe oder die alkenyl Gruppe, die 6.about.22 Kohlenstoffatome hat darstellt; jedes von R.sub.3 und R.sub.4 stellt den Wasserstoff, Methyl, Äthyl, Propyl- oder die lineare oder ausgebrittene Alkylgruppe C.sub.2.about.C.sub.6 dar, die ein oder mehr Hydroxyl group(s) oder Monosaccharid, ein Prozeß für das Vorbereiten dasselbe und die dermatologischen externen Vorbereitungen enthalten dasselbe hat. Wenn die pseudoceramide Ableitungen entsprechend der anwesenden Erfindung in dermatologische externe Vorbereitungen angewendet werden, wird der Feuchtigkeit-Halteeigenschaft und der Beweglichkeit der Haut und des Haares so erhöht, damit die Ableitungen im Schutz des Haut-Alterns nützlich sind. Zusätzlich sind die Ableitungen für das Verursachen der Anordnung der Lipidschicht auf beschädigter Haut und für das Verhindern der Hemmung der Lipidsynthese nützlich.
